Description

Please be advised that our teams are updating platform provided SSL certificates necessary for Live Event 2 (LE2) slicers to operate with the UCC Live Events dashboard. In order to pick up this new certificate, slicers will need to be restarted prior to January 3rd, 2022. No action is necessary for slicers used only for Live Channels or VOD. In addition, those using the manual_ip slicer config with a signed certificate should not be affected by this change. Should you have any question or concerns, please open a ticket with Edgecast Streaming Support by emailing streaming@edgecast.com.
